Why

It's effective

Our recent initiative- Project Inquiry (खोज) was successful in shifting principals' mindsets to deeper thinking, more discovery, greater motivation, higher agency and problem-solving. Please email us for the case studies.

We based our work on strong empricial research. We build on cognitive and socio-cultural theories of learning, create professional learning communities and use qualitative and big data research with statistical models.

We use methods such as micro-improvements, participatory action research, theatre and storytelling.

It's do-able

We believe that the best educational improvement happens during school hours in real-life classrooms. So, instead of forcing principals and teachers to attend long trainings, we use 1-2 hour online-offline interactions guiding project-based work.

Our workshops are based on play- combining reflection through movement. Participants report that a 2 hour workshop provided rich memories for reflections for months.

It's inexpensive

No investments in expensive technology or long trainings which pull principals and teachers out of schools and colleges

We believe that the best proofs of improvement in learning are 'created' not 'given'

We charge differential rates depending on school budgets

Project Inquiry- a 2 month engagement spanning 5 workshops was offered at Rs 2,000 for each govt. school principal.
